At Spirit Jersey, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
